Neoprene

NEOPRENE is one of the best all-purpose synthetic rubber material designed to act flexibly, durably, and to resist breakdown by water.

Excellent Physical Characteristics

  • Resists degradation from sun, ozone and weather Performs well in contact with oils and many chemicals
  • Remains useful over a wide temperature range
  • Displays outstanding physical toughness
  • Resists burning inherently better than exclusively hydrocarbon rubbers
  • Outstanding resistance to damage caused by flexing and twisting

Because of its well balance physical characteristics, Neoprene is used in many areas included: wet suits, waders, insulated can holders, sports gloves, mouse pads, athletic braces and finishing gear.

NBR Foams

NBR foams are for the flotation, shock absorption, thermal insulation, and cushioning / gasket industries. NBR foams are high-end hybrid materials, far superior to the usual PE, PU, EVA, etc in shock-absorbing, cushioning, and flotation, etc. Our NBR foams are more durable than the competing PE, PU & EVA products which slowly decompose when they are exposed to water. Their hydrolysis problem is not yet solved whereas NBR foams are truly robust. Beyond humidity NBR foams are highly resistant against chemicals and oils as well as against temperature extremes.
